FREE SHIPPING POLICY
Skully offers free shipping to customers on any of its purchased products to any address in the U.S.A. and Canada.
If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in the shipment of your order, we will contact you via email.
Skully is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees, such as tariffs, taxes and duties imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer.
PRODUCTS DAMAGED DURING SHIPPING
If a package or product delivered to you arrives in a damaged state, you may either refuse the delivery, or contact us at 647-296-1366. Once you accept delivery, claims for damaged items must be reported within seven days of your receipt of the order. Skully will accept products damaged in shipping for either refund or exchange if returned to our facility within 14 days of the date of receipt by the customer.
Products are warranted to be free of manufacturer’s defects in material and workmanship for a period of 30 days from date of purchase. Skully will accept defective products for repair, refund or exchange if returned to our facility within 30 days of the date of receipt by the customer. A product that is damaged as a result of wear and tear or misuse, or that has not received the care required for its maintenance is not considered to be defective.
All purchases made at Skully may be returned up to 30 days after the date of purchase to addresses in Canada, and the U.S.A. The property must be undamaged, and the customer must pay for shipping costs to cover the return. The product must be in proper condition, without any wear and tear.
For all returns, postage and handling charges (both to and from our facility) will be paid by the customer, and are non-refundable. At our discretion, Skully may reimburse shipping charges related to the return or exchange of items damaged during shipping, or defective products.
For your protection, we recommend that you insure your return, and use a traceable carrier that can provide you with delivery confirmation. Skully will not be responsible for products returned that are lost or damaged during transit
Please note that Skully products include a return label in the original package initially received by the customer. We advise keeping this return label in order to reduce the amount of time it would take for us to ship you a new one.
RETURN AUTHORIZATION NUMBER
Returned products will not be accepted without a valid Return Authorization Number. You may request a Return Authorization Number online. All numbers are valid for 14 days from issuance, therefore we encourage you to return the product as soon as possible. Any return we receive without a valid Return Authorization Number will be documented, and may be rejected or subjected to a restocking charge at the sole discretion of Skully.
INSPECTION UPON RETURN
All returned products will be thoroughly inspected to ensure that the Return Policy Conditions are met. Please verify the product you are returning does meet the Return Policy Conditions below to avoid any delay in, or denial of your return. Skully reserves the right to deny a return if it does not conform to any of our Return Policy Conditions. Return processing may take 15 business days from the time your product is received at our facility.
RETURN POLICY CONDITIONS
Products must be in the complete, original manufacturer’s packaging, and shipped securely. Product serial number, or any similar identification numbers, must match the serial number on the product or invoice (Skully maintains serial number tracking on specialty items). Unless product is returned under warranty, products must be unworn and free of damage of any type, including, but not limited to tears, stains, etc. All products must not show signs of wear or tampering, or signs of alteration (including shrinkage).
EXCHANGES AND REFUNDS
In the event that the product you are returning does not meet the Return Policy Conditions, we will photograph the merchandise and packaging, and prepare a detailed summary of our determination as to why the return was declined. The product(s) will be deemed not eligible for return to Skully, and will be returned to the customer.
In the event that the product you are returning does meet the Return Policy Conditions, we will exchange your product for the same product, in the same size, subject to availability. At the sole discretion of Skully, you will receive a full refund or credit if the product cannot be repaired or replaced. This Return Policy and Procedure is provided in lieu of, and not in addition to any statutory or common law warranties or obligations of Skully, where permitted.
