Can I change my shipping address after I order a product?
Unfortunately we cannot accept an address change after an item has been shipped. If necessary, please consider shipping to your work address, or a friend/family member while you complete your move.

When will my order arrive?
After we receive confirmation of your order, shipping can take between 2-5 business days. Keep in mind this may be affected by the holidays as well.

What is your return/exchange policy?
Due to sizing availability issues, we cannot guarantee exchanges. Instead, we offer store credit to be used for the purchase of another item of your choosing.
What if my product arrives defective or damaged?
Skully stands by all of its products, and any such defective or damaged apparel items will be subject to replacement. Please make sure to notify us no more than 3 days after receiving your shipment so that we can process your request.
How long does it take to process a return?
Typically we process returns 5-10 business days after we receive your items. Please note that this is subject to sizing and availability at the time of your return.
I ordered the wrong size, what are my options?
If your Skully apparel item does not fit, you may return it to us for a store credit which can be used to purchase the same product in the correct size.
